Municipal Asset Management

I am a strong believer in the ability and the necessity for municipalities to develop their own asset management (AM) programs. Each municipality is unique entity and cannot fit into a cookie cutter/one size fits all AM program. As a Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP) I can provide you with insight and guidance as you work your way through the AM process. The great thing about Municipal AM is that as municipal employees we have been doing it our entire career. Your AM program is the final step in formalizing what you have been doing all along.
